Originally developed as a utility to automate a portion of my own Bible study preparation, this app allows you to turn your notes with verse references (e.g. Genesis 1:1-3 or Jn 14:6) into presentation files with the verse text.

Try it out

Usage instructions

  1. Prepare a Word file (*.docx) that contains Bible verse references. The file can contain your notes and other information, but the app would only search for references to Bible passages such as Genesis 1:1-3 or Jn 14:6.
  2. Upload the Word file using the form below, press Generate presentation, and wait for a PowerPoint (*.pptx) file to be downloaded containing the verses and their contents.
  3. Make edits and changes to the downloaded presentation as necessary, keeping in mind the following limitations.

Known limitations

  • When passages are too long, they might overflow in a slide. After downloading the generated presentation, you may simply edit the font size as desired. You might also want to duplicate the slide and divide the long passage manually into two slides.
